Case Study - 'Lucky'

'Lucky' had just been introduced into a new field and unfortunately caught her right eye on barbed wire.

  1. In the first photo below you can see the loose flap of cornea and a yellow tinge within the eye.
  2. After careful surgery and intensive treatment the middle photo shows Lucky's eye three months later.
  3. The final photo shows minimal scarring nine months later.

Case study example - Lucky

Lucky continues with her show-jumping and the barbed wire has been removed!
